HCG finally came! Started 8/17/08 with sublingual drops, started 8/19/08 with the reduced cal diet.

Weight at start: 253.5
Today's weight: 249.0 (Down 4.5lbs)

My co-worker and I are doing this together.

This sublingual version is much better than the Releana version, and the diet is much better. My calorie limit is not the 500 calories /day, but I'm doing 800 calories, with better, healthier food choices.

I hope it continues to work.
