Same Ole' Same Ole'....Day 12 Today's weight -254.5lbs. (down 11.5 pounds)

Well, up .5lbs. No biggie! Will try and add a little weight training after this week. believes metabolism is slowing down somewhat. That happens to people who have a history frequent dieting, as I do (mostly women). Still feeling great and full of energy!

Today's meals:

Chai Tea w/ Splenda

Snack: Nothing

Lunch: Green Salad w/vinagrette dressing, melba toast

Snack: 1/2 Grapefruit w/Splenda

Dinner: 3 1/2 oz bonless grilled chicken breast, Asparagus & Tomato slices.

It's gonna be a great day!
